Coaching Session Format

For 12 weeks, we will meet weekly for one hour of private, one-on-one coaching.

Each session provides a confidential, judgment-free space centering on self-exploration, mindset shifting, and skill development.

I will work closely with you to identify your goals and areas for development, and use techniques such as motivational interviewing, mindful reflection, and accountability check-in to help you move towards your goals.

​Cost

$1500 if paid in full at registration.

$1590 if paid in three installments of $530. The first installment is required at registration.

About the Coach

My name is Sylvia Pu and I'm a trained Holistic Career Coach. I have a background in both the business world and academia. My career has been an ongoing journey of finding my purpose while balancing life's obligations with my passions.

As a first-generation immigrant, I have navigated and thrived in unfamiliar cultures. As a holistic career coach, I help clients find their own purposeful careers by removing mental roadblocks, improving personal and workplace relationships, and restoring work-life balance.
