From Siloed Salesforce Data Sets to Synthesized Impact Dashboard

The client is a medium-sized nonprofit offering a wide range of programs to immigrant youths and families, including after-school and summer camp programs, parent support and education programs, English-as-second-language programs, and immigrant services and advocacy programs, among others.
At a strategic crossroads, the client urgently needs to know what their high-engagement programs are. Equipped with abundant Salesforce data, the client yet finds it difficult to derive meaningful insights from the siloed data sources with differing levels of completeness.
We created an interactive impact dashboard showing how the nonprofit's clients engaged with the diverse programs over time. The dashboard showcased a wealth of information, informing the client not only about the high-engagement programs but also how engagement varied across different demographic groups.
